during this period of economic downturn, crimes will increase as people tend to do thing stupid when they have no money. CCTV surveillance will therefore be able to capture the process of being robbed or other crime e.g rape :D . this will make the life of police easier as they can track down the thieves easier , then to find randomly. another good thing about having CCTV is that the thieves will not dare to commit crime under surveillance . they will be more self conscience and keep their hands to themselves :D . this would therefore keep the people safe from crime .
